HealthPay24 is an all-in-one healthcare payment solution with the goal of increasing revenue and enhancing patient engagement. These screens were designed with the billing department user in mind, giving them the tools to quickly and accurately take payments and set up payment plans for patients.
Each row is an accounts receivable (AR) line item, the user can see status icons for each AR such as if they have a note attached, or if they have the explanation of benefits (EOB) data available.
This Payment Plan details screen shows the current amount that has been paid toward the plan and the amount remaining, with options for the user to cancel, modify, or update the payment method. The top right menu was added as a shortcut way to get to the patient or guarantor summary screen for anyone included in this payment plan, as well as a way to search for all past receipts created by this payment plan.
When printing this page the HTML and CSS is designed to only print the payment plan agreement which is floating above the grey background.
